Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Racing Daze ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Service.

Products and Orders

All Racing Daze products are made-to-order to ensure quality and reduce waste. By placing an order, you understand that:

  • Production takes 1-2 weeks before shipping
  • All sales are final for custom or personalized items
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
  • Estimated shipping times are provided but not guaranteed
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

User Submissions

By submitting your car build to Racing Daze, you agree that:

  • You own the rights to all submitted photos and content
  • You grant Racing Daze a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use your images and content for product design, marketing, and promotional purposes
  • You retain full ownership of your content
  • You will receive the vehicle-owner commission shown on your build and in your dashboard (1% of each sale by default) on products featuring your build
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted information

Earnings and Payouts

Builders earn commission on sales of products featuring their vehicles. Payouts are separate from customer checkout: they are reviewed and sent manually by our team to the payout method you select in Payout Settings (Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or bank transfer), and every payout is logged with a reference number. No automatic payout schedule or minimum balance currently applies. Racing Daze reserves the right to withhold earnings in cases of fraud or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

All Racing Daze designs, logos, trademarks, and original content are the property of Racing Daze and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Racing Daze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or purchase of products.
